A reservation cannot be changed on the website. If you have made your reservation and wish to change it, please do so by direct email or direct telephone call as follows:

Please note that cancellation will be approved according to the cancellation policy and terms of your booking.

Cancellation fees:
Cancellation or change in the reservation details of rooms received up to 72 hours before the arrival date at 12:00 (Israel time) will not be charged a cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation or change after that and until 12:00 (Israel time) on the date of arrival, one night will be charged for each room booked. The charge will be made by the hotel using the credit card entered in the system to secure the booking.
In case of cancellation or change after 12:00 on the date of arrival or in case of non-arrival without notification, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation policy for a Non-Refundable Booking: 
Non Refundable reservation with no option to cancel the booking. 
Modification is possible once for a booking, at least 5 days prior to the arrival date. In case the price is lower from original price – no refund will be made. In case the new dates have higher rates – the difference in prices will be charged by the hotel. 
Total amount of the reservation will be charged in advance When using a secure link to pay by credit card.
In case of No-Show or cancellation request – no refund will be approved. 
In case the hotel cannot charge the credit card, the hotel may cancel the booking at any time. 
How to cancel
You can cancel a reservation made through the website with a “Reservation cancellation notice.” A reservation cancellation notice is a notification which the booking party conveys via any of the methods below, and includes the name of the booking party and that person’s ID number. If the reservation cancellation notice is given verbally, an additional identifier which was provided by the booking party on making the reservation will also be needed.
You can convey a reservation cancellation notice in any of the following ways:
